Stumbling right along, here we have a textbook example of the filler-filler: Content presented in place of “normal” content that itself was not the main attraction. If I do this often enough, I could go for the fabled triple-filler, where I post an apology comic for not producing a placeholder comic to stand in for the intermission comic you were expecting instead of the actual story.
But don’t plan on that. In fact, don’t even think about it.
